Simple tricks to cure a headache




Headaches - even saying (in this case, typing) the word gives me an ache in the head. We get them when we wake up, while we're working, while wearing glasses, while taking off these glasses, when we're tired... Basically, you get them at the most random time of day.


The simplest trick is to get an OTC medicine that will cure it instantly. But, in this house, we discuss the natural ways to handle a headache.

Of course, the OTC medication is the easiest and fastest way, but there are so many different approaches to curing a headache, and these different approaches are the healthiest for you, and your whole body (don't forget: we only have 1 physical body in this world - treat it nicely).

Here's what you can do:

  1. There is a muscle between your thumb and your index - gently massage it.

  2. Drink lots of water.

  3. Limit screen time.

  4. Get a humidifier. Most of the time we don't realize that our nose is blocked, and that leads to your eyelids hurting.

  5. Take a nap if you can, or try to sleep early.

  6. Eat foods that will hydrate you (for example: cucumbers, watermelon, lettuce, etc.).
